Terms of sale
The agreement between you and the seller when you order from this shop.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
01Who sells to you
When you buy from this website, you buy from WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, Huanbin Lin, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). We buy the goods ourselves and own the stock: we sell them, send them out, deal with returns and the warranty. We built this website and run it, and we run the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns that brought you here.
By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read the parts on delivery, import charges and returns before you do.
02How an order becomes a contract
Sending us an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm the order, by email or by phone.
We may turn an order down — and will tell you — if the item has run out, if the price shown was plainly a mistake, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid for an order we cannot accept, you get the money back in full.
03Prices and delivery
On the English shop front prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies; our country pages show the local currency.
We make no charge for delivery. There is none on any order, in any country we deliver to, and no minimum spend to reach before it disappears. The figure on the product page is the figure the driver collects.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed the order.
04Ways to pay
There is one way to pay and it is cash to the courier when the parcel is handed to you. The site takes no card, asks for no card or bank details at any point, and holds none; nothing is due before the goods are in your hands.
The amount the driver collects is the price of the goods, with nothing added to it, and it is read back to you on the confirmation call before anything is packed. Drivers carry little change, so the exact sum is a kindness to both of you. The detail is on payment methods.
05Delivery and import charges
Once the order is confirmed on the phone, it takes us 1 to 2 working days to hand the parcel to a carrier, and the carrier a further 3 to 7 working days depending on the country. The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask — see track your order. These are estimates drawn from how the route normally runs, not guaranteed dates.
For destinations outside the EU and the UK, import duty, customs fees and local taxes may be charged on arrival. They are set by the destination country, are not part of our prices and are payable by the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, by the carrier or by events outside our reasonable control. If a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will trace it, send it again or refund it.
06Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day the goods reach you to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. That is the right EU consumer law gives you; the form to use, the address to send it to and the refund deadline are on the right of withdrawal page.
The practical side of sending something back — the condition the goods have to be in, who pays for the journey, and how a payment made in cash to a driver is refunded — is on the returns and refunds page.
07Warranty
Every product carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults, on top of your statutory rights under the consumer law of your own country.
It does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, use for a job the product was not made for, or ordinary wear of consumables such as filters, pads, cloths and blades. To claim, write to care@livingsave.com with the order number and photos.
08Safe use
Our products carry the CE mark where the rules require it and meet European safety requirements. Reading the manual, using suitable protective equipment and following the safety instructions is up to you. Electrical appliances, ladders and cutting tools can cause serious injury if handled carelessly, and no warranty covers the result.
09Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses where you bought as a consumer, or for misuse of a product.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
10Site content
The text, photographs, logos and layout of this website belong to WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where we are established.
This does not take anything away from you: if you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country and may bring proceedings before the courts there.
