Everything you see here is the work of one company, WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, Huanbin Lin, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns that brought you here and holds the advertising accounts. It buys the goods and owns the stock, takes the order, confirms it by phone, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. It is also the controller of your personal data. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.

Whatever your question is — an order, a parcel, a return, your data — WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED is the one to ask, at care@livingsave.com. The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time, and an answer comes within 2 working days.

Five departments — home and kitchen, garden and outdoor, cleaning and laundry, tools and DIY, small electronics — and a couple of dozen items in total. Each one is a thing a household actually uses: a casserole, a hose, a mop, a drill, a kettle. We would rather describe twenty-four items honestly than list two thousand we have never opened.

Product pages say what an item is made of, what is in the box and what it can and cannot do, in plain words. Reviews on them carry the name, the date and the stars of the person who wrote them, and our reply where we gave one.

An item is ordered on the country page for your market, in your own language and at the local price. We ring you and go over the order together, hand the parcel to the courier of your country within 1 to 2 working days, and 3 to 7 working days later you pay the driver in cash on your doorstep. There is no delivery charge, and nothing is owed before the parcel is in your hands.
